Shane Morgan, BCom, CA, F.Fin, SSA, Partner, Cutcher & Neale
Topic: Self Managed Superannuation Funds – not just about Trust Law!

Shane worked in Sydney and London before joining Cutcher & Neale in 2005 and becoming a Partner in 2012. He is a self-managed superannuation specialist and head of the SMSF division. Shane is an accredited member of the Self Managed Super Fund Professionals' Association of Australia (SPAA) and the Chairman of that organisation's Hunter Region Sub-chapter. He also has extensive experience in taxation, business structuring and development.

Topic: Accessing company funds in a family law dispute

Darren has over 23 years’ experience in taxation practice, including 13 years in public practice advising a diverse client base with small to medium accounting firms. He has had 10 years with Lawler Partners in a full time tax advisory role. He is a CTA with the Tax Institute and has been accredited as a Specialist in Taxation by CPA Australia.

Suzanne Delbridge-Bailey, Principal, Forsythes Forensic Accounting
Topic: Valuation of the family business – the basics of business valuation coupled with the complexities of litigation'.

Suzanne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has a broad background in audit, accounting and corporate finance. Suzanne has specialised in forensic accounting work for over 20 years, including the valuation of equity and businesses of all sizes, the investigation of transactions and quantification of losses. Forsythes' Newcastle based practice headed by Suzanne completes work all over Australia, primarily for the purpose of litigation.
