Business Opportunities in the Lower Hunter

Hilton has been involved in commercial & industrial developments initially as owner/landlord in 1975 and became a extensive developer of light industrial estates. His company Erolmore Pty Ltd doubled in size Cardiff Industrial Estate from 1989 to 1993. Cardiff Industrial Estate was the largest light industrial suburb in the Hunter.

He formed Hunter Land Pty. Ltd. with Graham Burns in 1993 and has been involved in extensive commercial & industrial developments primarily in the Lower Hunter including Warners Bay, Tomago, Thornton, Beresfield, Morisset & Rutherford.

Hilton also has very extensive business interests including; readymixed concrete, quarrying, hardware, concrete masonary & pipes, irrigation, steel fabricating, plant hire, residential building, motor dealerships & travel etc.

Among his other interests are cattle, sheep, turf & fodder farming both in the Lower & Upper Hunter, he also serves on a number of charitable, local government & business boards & committees.
