Aria Award Winning singer songwriter Kavisha Mazzella is well deserving of the accolades that are often thrown in her direction, with a voice reminiscent of a chorus of angels, Kavisha is also a remarkably gifted multi-instrumentalist.

In March 2014 Kavisha will take to the road to promote her latest aural offering Riturnella “The Little Swallow”. The 6th solo CD features 13 songs of Love and Betrayal that have stood the test of time dating from 1400s -1900s.

Kavisha is well known for her original compositions which slide smoothly from depths of heartbreaking passion to dreamy high notes. Her rich sound is reminiscent of Portuguese fado queen Maritza infused with the social commentary of likes of Luka Bloom.

With Riturnella Kavisha pays respects to her traditional roots. The opus is a sensual and earthy homage to her Italian heritage, the foundation on which she has developed into an exceptional singer/writer/musician.
