DONT BE LEFT OUT IN THE RAIN!!!! In the beautiful surrounds of St Johns Church, Darlinghurst, the GOSPEL A CAPELLA REPERTOIRE will include traditional gospel songs, as well as modern gospel-inspired numbers, which draw on related musical styles such as soul, R & B and jazz.  

Led by musical director Dynes Austin, The Honeybees and Cafe of the Gate of Salvation (COTGOS) deliver gospel a cappella music which is ENGAGING, UPLIFTING and PASSIONATE.  Audiences will be inspired to CLAP, TAP and SING.

Established in 1996, The Honeybees is a non-profit a capella community choir.  They are not a religious choir, but are united in their passion for the uplifting qualities of the gospel genre. 

Café of the Gate of Salvation is an exciting a cappella choir inspired by the African-American vocal tradition; the passionate, committed and exciting music of gospel and spirituals.

Sorelle quartet draws on R&B, jazz, music theatre and opera to create a unique gospel sound, which blends to form a rich, dynamic and entertaining synergy.

CHARITY - The Honeybees and friends are raising funds to support Basundhara.  Basundhara is a non-profit registered charity in India working for the emancipation of neglected women, rehabilitation of destitute and abandoned children, unwed mothers and extending help to elders in distress.
