Domenic is the Marketing & Events Manager of the Boating Industry Association and is responsible for running the Sydney International Boat show.
Organised by the Boating Industry Association of NSW (BIA), the Sydney International Boat Show caters for all tastes with an array of events designed to entertain the whole family, from the keenest of boaties to those who simply want to learn more about the boating lifestyle.

The adjoining Cockle Bay Marina, with a capacity of 300 power and sail luxurious vessels, will provides the harbour city with one of its most spectacular sights. As usual, the Sydney International Boat Show is far more than its name indicates; it’s an extravaganza of family entertainment with attractions of interest around every corner.
On the morning of Mothers' Day, 2006 Eddie Cross was at the top of his game. By the afternoon of Mothers' Day, 2006, Eddie had acquired a brain injury when he was struck by a head high tackle in an AFL game. His life changed instantly and forever. He faced a long, long road to recovery. As a five time finisher of the gruelling Iron Man Triathlon, Eddie Cross was no quitter. And just like the dedication and determination he put into every aspect of his life, Eddie applied the same dogged sense of purpose to his recovery. And what a truly remarkable recovery Eddie has made. So much so that on Saturday 18 October 2008 Eddie designed and completed his own Ironman Triathlon "Eddie Cross' 14hr Day for Disability". He raised over $70,000 to pay back those organisations and people who helped him make it back to the top. In the process of this event he created all by himself he changed the lives of many and lifted the spirits of the community of Newcastle. He has received awards from the business community and also the federal government for his inspiring feats for the benefit of those less fortunate
