The Honeybees, and The Fifth House will warm your soul in the middle of winter to support the Wayside Chapel. 

DON'T BE LEFT OUT IN THE RAIN!!!! In the beautiful surrounds of St Johns Church, Darlinghurst, the GOSPEL A CAPPELLA REPERTOIRE will include traditional gospel songs, as well as modern gospel-inspired numbers, which draw on related musical styles such as soul, R & B and jazz.  

Led by our new musical Stephen Clarke, The Honeybees deliver gospel a cappella music which is ENGAGING, UPLIFTING and PASSIONATE.  Audiences will be inspired to CLAP, TAP and SING.


Established in 1996, The Honeybees is a non-profit a cappella community choir.  They are not a religious choir, but are united in their passion for the uplifting qualities of the gospel genre.

Their guests this year are an exciting a cappella group called The Fifth House

The Fifth House is a five-piece group from Sydney, Australia. Their unique style is a blend of world a cappella music with a jazz texture. They create a truly distinctive sound that's immediately engaging and makes you FEEL GOOD just to hear it.

CHARITY - The Honeybees and friends are raising funds to support The Wayside Chapel In Kings Cross . The Wayside Chapel has provided unconditional love, care and support for people on and around the streets of Kings Cross since 1964.

The Building that the Wayside Chapel has been housed in for a long time has been condemned and major works have to be carried out.

The money they raise in this concert will go towards supporting Wayside to get through this massive challenge in the near future.
