Improve your enterprise bargaining skills!
As part of an initiative to promote cooperative and productive workplace relations directly to those working in human resources and employment relations, the Fair Work Commission in partnership with the Industrial Relations Society (NSW) will be conducting two practitioner focused workshops in 2016.
The workshops will be led by senior members of the Fair Work Commission who will be drawing on their own experience, as well as research conducted for the Commission into best practice bargaining and dispute resolution. Also contributing will be senior practitioners chosen for their expertise and experience.
The workshops will be interactive and have a practical focus. The emphasis will be on providing the participants with the tools to improve their effectiveness in enterprise bargaining and workplace dispute resolution. The initial workshop of this series will be:
