'The Magic of Midlife' is a half day workshop designed to create a life filled with joy and wellbeing in your forties and beyond. 

What is Included?

  • A session on living wholeheartedly in midlife co-faciltated by life coach Melissa Jeffcott & yoga/shiatsu practitioner Marian Jarvis: topics discussed will include the importance of self care, self expression, nutrition & cycle wellbeing in your forties and beyond.
  • A gentle heart opening slow yoga session (suitable for beginners or advanced)
  • A restorative guided meditation (honouring the importance of rest)
  • A beautiful afternoon tea of delicious raw dessert treats and herbal tea
  • A  women's circle with plenty of time for intention setting, rich discussion, and connection.
  • A divine goodie bag filled with some beautiful products and offers
  • An invitation to join the private 'Magic of Midlife' Facebook group for continued support on your journey 
  • An optional follow up check in call with Melissa in the week following the workshop, to really anchor in your intentions.

Who is this for?

'The Magic of Midlife' is a workshop designed for women in their forties and beyond. It is for women who are feeling an urge to slow down, to release the need to be juggling all of the balls in the air all of the time, and to learn some practical ways of nurturing and taking care of themselves at this wonderful stage of life. Midlife is not an ending, it can be a wonderful opportunity to make change, and manifest the life that you dream of living

What do I bring?

  • An open heart 💖
  • Comfy clothes suitable for lying down and stretching in
  • Something special to place on our 'Magic of Midlife' altar: it could be flowers, a crystal, or something else that is meaningful to you (you take this home again with you at the end of the day)
  • If you wish to bring a special journal to write in (a workbook will be provided with space for note taking)
  • A water bottle 
  • A favourite cushion to sit on if you have one (some cushions and chairs will be provided)
  • A favourite yoga mat if you have one (some mats will be provided)
  • A warm throw or blanket to place over yourself during meditation if you desire.
