Spend an evening with Master Winemaker Michelle Heagney.
We all look forward to our annual
evening events at BWN & this month we bring together two of our all time
favourite things – women & wine. We are delighted to be presenting Michelle
Heagney from Cassegrain winery.
From being sacked from her own family
business to becoming a well-respected winemaker, Michelle’s journey is both
inspiring & delicious. Having
worked with some of Australia’s most well known wineries, including Rosemount,
Penfold’s & DeBortoli’s, Michelle is now working with new grape varieties
in the hope of bringing us something wonderful.
If you have ever pondered the mystery of
the grape, wondered what the life of a winemaker is like, or you are just
intrigued by another wonderful woman in business, come & be a part of this
delightful & intimate gathering. Macauleys Restaurant will be the perfect backdrop for this meeting,
providing their usual contemporary menu as well as a chance to sample some
wine!
