Karen Stocks, Head of Media Solutions - YouTube and Display - at Google, is no stranger to working in a male dominated industry... and she brings a fresh woman’s perspective to her role.   Placing great importance on contentment in the workplace, she balances this senior management position (in one of the biggest companies in the world), with her all important role as a doting mother of two.  Karen has proved women can have it all... and thrive.
