Whe-Eat Food Concepts is a new business trying to connect everyone with our food sources in ways that will broaden the awareness of our food from paddock to plate. Introducing us to the people that provide the food on our plates from the farmers to the chefs both through cooking classes, food tours and restaurant appreciation events.

Cooking classes focus on food that is local, sometimes organic, but always fresh. Let Matt introduce you to his style of "rustic gourmet" dishes that are quick and easy to prepare, starting with great produce and teaching techniques to make it the best that it can be. Suitable for all experience levels, classes at My Other Kitchen are hands-on so you can partake of the results of the class and can recreate the dishes at home.

Following on from the success of the last Spanish Masterclass, this class will broaden your culinary horizons while keeping your eyes firmly fixed on local sources. A detailed menu will be supplied closer to the day, and will depend on seasonal ingredients readily available.

  • Beef Tartare with rustic crust
  • Buffalo Cheese with Tomato Sugo and home-made Pesto
  • Lamb Cutlets with Snow Pea Salad
  • Crispy Cauliflower
  • Jamaican Spider Fritters with Spicy Bush Sauce 
  • Lemon Yoghurt with Blueberries
