Body Language, facial features & expressions can give away a lot about you.  Alan Stevens is an Internationally accredited Behavioural Profiler who specialises in the Art Of Reading People. This involves uncovering what’s not being said and how each person is likely to behave in future situations. These skills can be very useful in Business.  
 
You will learn the secrets of reading people which can provide insights for:

• building rapport more quickly with staff and customers
• improving negotiation skills for work or home
• understanding what your own profile conveys about you to others
