Woodland Film Festival Grand Finale

Featuring short films of all shapes and sizes, Woodland will be a grass-roots celebration of film and kinship, a collision of creativity and community and a unique outlet for filmmakers of all calibers to strut their stuff. Set in the ridiculously picturesque mountain town of Tumbarumba, Woodland will show the world that us local yokels can stage an event that even the big wigs from the city would be proud of.

Date: Saturday 1 September 2012

Where: Tumbarumba, NSW, 2653 (specific location to be revealed in dramatic fashion in not too distant future)

When: 5:00pm – 12:00am (ish)

Dress: Creative black tie (a change to bring out your fancy frocks and tuxedos, or even your whimsical

woodland-y attire; tasteful ‘fancy dress’ is encouraged)

Screening of all the finalist films

Live music from The Shubies

An upright dinner and dessert (aka canapés)

A say in the ‘People’s Choice’ award

Complimentary drink on arrival (the gala will be a licensed event showcasing regional wines, ciders and beers, which will be available for purchase from the bar)
