This workshop is designed for those who already have a basic understanding for Mindfulness, have practiced it and would like to deepen their practice and understanding.  We explore mindful conflict resolution, the role of compassion in our lives and what it has to do with Mindfulness. We get serious and in depth with Big Mind and take Buddhist psychology and our practice further.

• Experience different types of Mindfulness (breathing, sitting, body scan, choice, less meditation, loving kindness, walking meditation and yoga)
• Understand mindfulness theory and technique
• Examine essential uses of mindfulness in clinical practice
• Discuss Buddhist Psychology theory and apply to clinical practice
• Discuss current research on mindfulness and the effect on the brain
• Apply the principles and applications of mindfulness and mindful practice
• Practice mindful communication to resolve conflict and managing difficult people
• To explore the role of mindfulness training for self-care and stress management
