Freight Train Foxes - 'Only Let You Down' Single Launch

Indie folk duo, Freight Train Foxes, are launching their latest single, ‘Only Let You Down’ at The Junk Bar in Brisbane. After their sophomore EP landed tracks in Spotify Editorial playlists, and each track received spins on Triple J, Freight Train Foxes teamed up with Byron Bay producer, Garrett Kato for their latest track.

‘Only Let You Down’ delivers the duo’s signature acoustic sound, layered with harmonies, strings and self-deprecating lyrics. The pair’s sonic fingerprint, complete with ‘singer-songwriter style’ warmth and vulnerability, has been compared to the likes of Hollow Coves and Passenger.

The launch show is supported by the ever captivating, Roots & Alt Country songwriter, Cameron Milford. Cameron Milford writes songs about bad weather, love and other natural disasters. His laid-back brand of “suburban roots music” wraps the sounds of Alt-Country around wry observations of ordinary life.
