Make-A-Wish Bayside Branch High Tea

Come and join us at the absolutely stunning Rippon Lea Estate Ballroom and Gardens for our Spring High Tea. If you have not been before, you are in for a treat! Not only will there be a raffle, auction and prizes, you will be swept away listening to the sweet sounds of the talented Zen Jackson.

All guests are welcome to stroll the gardens after the event .

High Tea Menu:

• Potato gallette, smoked salmon, Persian feta and chive mousse, balsamic pearls
• Cherry bocconcini and olive tapenade tartlette, semi dried tomato ricotta, micro basil
• Pecorina biscotti, ages parma ham, truffle cream, thyme salt
• Salted caramel and banana banoffee, brownie crumble
• Housemade scone with jam and double cream
• Raw caramel snickers bar
• Classic white chicken mayonnaise finger sandwich points
• Mixed grain coronation style egg sandwich points
• Freshly brewed tea and coffee
• Glass of sparkling on arrival
