Introduction to Block Printing with Kay Watanabe

Join internationally trained printmaker Kay Watanabe for a taste of block printing. 

Block Printing is a process of carving out your design on the lino tiles with special tools, then creating a print with your carved block. In this workshop we will design, carve and make a print from our finished tile.

Cost $25 (+bf)

The cost includes all materials.

You may like to wear old clothing or bring an apron as we will be working with paints and inks. Participants must also wear enclosed shoes as we are working with sharp tools.
