Facebook does not allow users to run contests & promotions using any of Facebook’s tabs (e.g. photo, wall, etc.), and doing so can result in your page getting BANNED!   Facebook allows promotions, but under very specific Guidelines. Not following these can, again, result in your Fan Page being SHUT DOWN! .
