Australian director Baz Luhrmann brings F. Scott Fitzgerald's compelling cast of characters to life in his epic version of 'The Great Gatsby'.

Synonymous with glamour, jazz music and flapper culture the 1920's also epitomised the dawn of an era in air travel. Recognising the potential for air travel to bring vital medical services to people living in the Outback, John Flynn founded the organisation that would become the Royal Flying Doctor Service in 1928.

To celebrate 85 years of the Royal Flying Doctor Service, we are inviting you to join us for a wonderful evening of canapes, sparking wine and an exclusive screening of 'The Great Gatsby' at;

The Walsh Theatre in The Hayden Orpheum Picture Palace

Doors open at 7PM

Pull out the flapper dresses and the glitzy headbands! Prizes will be awarded on the night for the best 1920's themed outfit.

Ticket price includes a glass of wine or soft drink on arrival and some fabulous 1920's themed canapes
