Welcome to our workshop event:

Mindfulness, Movement and Flow - Discovering easy movement with the Feldenkrais Method®


At ‘Mindfulness, Movement and Flow’ you will learn to-

  • Improve the quality and ease of your movement, co-ordination and balance 
  • Be more fully present to each moment
  • Experience being in 'flow’ with your life/movement, rather than in ‘struggle’
  • Move from pain or discomfort into ease


In this experiential workshop you will discover how SMALL movements can make a BIG difference! You’ll experience new levels of comfort, for sitting, walking, standing... and for doing all the things you need to do and love to do.

In the workshop you will learn how to move and breathe will less effort and more pleasure. You’ll discover how releasing tension from your jaw, face, neck, shoulders etc and organising your body for efficient, stress-free movement will improve your clarity of mind and overall sense of wellbeing. You’ll feel it, and you’ll leave the workshop knowing how to do this for yourself.

The Feldenkrais Method® philosophy flies in the face of ‘no pain, no gain’. Here we discover that ‘less is more’: more awareness, more enjoyment, more comfort, more flow.

Join us for a fun, enlivening afternoon exploring pleasurable, intelligent and rejuvenating movements – good for everyday use, for a lifetime of use!

This workshop is suitable for everyone, with or without prior Feldenkrais experience.

Facilitators: Donna-Rose McAneney and Jeni Drew bring a combined experience of 32 years in the Feldenkrais Method. They look forward to sharing this afternoon with you!
