Dynamic Business Planning

Writing down a single task and actually doing it are of more value to your business than writing a large document that sits on your desk and rarely gets read. In this workshop, we're going to talk about what's important to you and what actions must be taken to produce results for your business.

Since tackling a large number of issues at the same time only causes people to become overwhelmed, we're going to focus on two or three key areas that will make the biggest difference. We're also going to touch on selling a business - after all, why put in all of this effort if you can't sell it in the end.

Attend this workshop to:

• Determine what you absolutely must work on to get results
• Learn how to think about the bigger picture
• Gain confidence from the act of planning and getting results regularly
• Consider how to best use your time
• Be introduced to the basics of raising capital and selling a business

This workshop will also include a brief follow up with the speaker to ensure that participants are working in the right direction.
