The Six Habits for Happiness with your Body - Through Mindful Eating - Bali Retreat

The focus of this retreat is to explore and change our relationship with food and our body using mindfulness. You will discover how our relationship with food can be a gateway to living a more contented and joyful life.
We will provide you with the tools to integrate mindfulness into your daily life whether:

  1. your mind and body are in conflict at times.
  2. you make food and drink choices based on comfort, habit and convenience rather than what your body needs to be healthy.
  3. you live and work with constant stress.
  4. you long to feel in balance and live with optimal health.

Even if you simply need a nurturing, relaxing and fulfilling time out, the “Dear Body” retreat is full of healthy food, mindfulness, yoga, meditation and massages in the most rejuvenating surroundings.
Spend a week with mindfulness expert Charlotte Thaarup-Owen, Dr Suresh and the Zen Resort’s Ayurvedic wellness team and learn the intimate language of your dear body as it moves back to health through mindfulness and compassion.
