Corridors return to The Django Bar with a new batch of songs and stories following a successful album launch in 2014. This night will be acoustic and electric mode with violin, percussion and trumpet to augment their usual blend of guitars, keyboards, harmonica and flute, vocal harmonies and esoteric Zen hand claps.

This night is about the groove. It’s about the atmosphere. Intimate, tense, energetic and playful. It’s about the characters brought to life with their stories of hope and despair and resilience. Tales of a dangerous city, and of the vicarious vitality of a big country, whose dry horizon stretches out for weeks on end… and the yearning for opposites that each one brings.

Kwalia are performing stripped back acoustic versions of their rock and soul inspired usual material. Vocalist Kristen Hodgson delivers a captivating performance, and he is joined by David Haack on guitar, Matt Paxton on drums and Phillip Ben on bass.
