Come and join us for the annual Charity Santa Ride and raise much needed funds for our local firies! The biggest local charity event in the Bay and Basin is fun for all and with a free drink and sausage sandwich provided with each ticket purchased you will be helping your community.

Terms and conditions:

I understand and acknowledge that participation in the Charity Santa Ride may include actions or tasks which are hazardous to the participant/s that these tickets are purchased for.

I acknowledge and agree that if I purchase tickets on behalf of participant/s other than myself (such person being either minor or adult), I will do all things necessary to ensure that the participant/s are fully and properly aware that they enter this event at their own risk, and on the condition that they release the organisers from liability, costs and damages which might arise from such participation in the Charity Santa Ride.

By purchasing this ticket, I personally assume any risk of harm or injury which might occur to the participant/s due to their participation in the event of activity, and I release the organisers from all liability, costs and damages which might arise from the participant/s involvement in the Charity Santa Ride.

Note:

- All riders participate at their own risk and the organisers will not be held responsible for any injuries or damages

- All riders/participants must wear helmets

- No alcohol is permitted during the ride

- Normal road rules must be followed

- Riders must be over 12 years old

- As this is an event that involves road closures please arrive on time to assist organisers in facilitating a smooth operation
