Due to popular demand, this unique workshop-style social event to help you develop & strengthen your energetic connection with others in a warm, fun & friendly environment is being offered as a "fringe of The Fringe"! Guided, interactive exercises help you tap into your own body, mind & soul to nurture a heart-felt desire to consciously connect with others on a deeper level. Expect music, silence, movement, stillness & sharing with playful & interactive individual, partnered & group exercises. We create a supportive, accepting atmoshpere where you can re-discover the joy of embracing your inner child & authentically expressing your Beautyfull, unique self.
Come along with an open mind & open heart. Bring a friend, or make new ones on the night! Whether you are single, a couple, Shakti, Shiva, straight, gay or otherwise, this is a unique & meaningful way to spend a Friday night! Perhaps you might like to go shopping at the Central Markets, grab a bite to eat and head on over. There is an opportunity to network & mingle socially after the workshop over complimentary refreshments.
