Essential Law for Small Business is designed to provide an overview of legal issues for those considering establishing or purchasing a business. From contracts, company structures to employment law and the uncharted territories of online and e-commerce law, attendees will gain an understanding of the legal issues that impact the day to day operation of your business. The course is designed to provide an overview of legal issues essential to small business. This introductory class will combine tutorial sessions and case studies with interactive learning exercises. All attendees will be provided with a workbook.

The Presenter
