Mindy Sotiri writes tunes. And plays them. Quite often in front of other people.
Mindy has recorded four solo albums over the last twelve years, played hundreds of shows and festivals, and has developed a reputation for being very, VERY good at making drunk, tired women cry.
Having cornered the small but passionate ‘sad lady singer with tunes about dishes and young children’ over the last few years, Mindy’s most recent album (Creatures in the Ceiling, out June 2014, through Laughing Outlaw Records) sees her move outside of the kitchen, down Enmore Road, and in and out of a bar or two.
