The new EP from Imogen Clark Love & Lovely Lies is a carefully crafted collection of songs which confirm her as one of Australia‘s brightest young singer/songwriters.

Love & Lovely Lies showcases Imogen’s gift for taking familiar themes of love & loss and interpreting them in a strikingly original way. From the free fall of desire captured in Take Me For a Ride, to the infectiously fun Here Goes Nothing and the achingly beautiful You’ll Only Break My Heart, Imogen shows why music icon Mike McClellan described her as “….among the most talented young songwriters I have heard in years.”

Imogen cites the influences of folk legend Joni Mitchell and Americana poster boy Ryan Adams in her work and believes Love & Lovely Lies will appeal to both serious and serial romantics.

Love & Lovely Lies was produced by Jack & Harry Hookey and Imogen Clark. The launch will be a full band show featuring special guests.

Timothy James Bowen bears an honest mind when he picks up his guitar. His catchy folk melodies and heartfelt lyrics fuse flawlessly to create music with a rawness and intimacy rarely encountered.
