Event Details
Tuning into Teens® Online Course.
A program for Parents and Carers of children with a Disability aged 12 years and older.
Tuning into Teens® is an evidence-based parenting program that focuses on the emotional connection between parents and children. In particular the program teaches parenting skills in emotion coaching, which is to recognise, understand and respond to children's emotions in an accepting and supportive way. Sessions are via Zoom.
Participants are required to attend all sessions to gain a certificate of participation.
This series of Free online workshops are a partnership between EACH Family Relationship Support for Carers Service and Kate French, Clinical Psychologist at Side by Side Psychology.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Carer of a child/children with a disability aged 12+ years
- Victorian resident
