In support of brand new single 'Bark All Night', Renovator's Delight are playing Banshees Bar & Artspace on June 5th.

Between writing jangly guitar pop with Meanjin/Brisbane based band Dumb Things, Renovator's Delight has crafted a melancholic yet playful body of songs that are just the right amounts of unvarnished and unhinged.

Second single 'Bark All Night' recalls the feeling of putting all your trust into two narrow beams of light while driving through the stark shadows of a rural nighttime highway; the feeling of standing alone in a puddle of moth-filled fluoro light, listening to possums bicker and wondering if your ride will ever arrive. It's a fast-paced, anxious journey through a landscape seen in glimpses towards a destination imagined in fragments.

‘Bark All Night’ is out on all streaming platforms May 11th.

Renovator's Delight will be joined by A Country Practice: a family band. Andrew, Kelly and Joel play nylon string guitar, circuit bent casio keyboards, beats, electronics and sing songs about growing up in small country towns, and the weather, and Sebya: Sebya is the active search of Demetry Malahoff's personal musical ability echoed by his coming of age. Slightly more mature and self aware, Demetry is now performing the songs that came from the past four years of his life, in an act of letting go and moving forward.
