Guest chef Luke Burgess is flying in for the evening to create a beautiful,"Singhampton Project" style farm to table dinner with wines from Lubiana Winery, Frogmore Creek and Bream Creek. Including Two Metre Tall ale, Devils Brewery beer & 40 Spotted Gin cocktails.

With very special guest speaker Paul Gilding, independent writer and advisor on a sustainable economy.

Led by MC Sara James, we will also be joined by visiting festival VIPs, Ray Dearlove, David Ritter, Matilda Brown, Ginger Mauney, Prof. Robb Moss, Prof. Peter Galison, Paul Gilding, Tino Carnevale, Dr. Richard Kirby  and Amelia Telford.

These very special guests will switch tables a few times during the evening so that everyone gets the opportunity for some erudite and environmentally themed chat. How fun!

Nigel Hewitt’s original painting will be on display  for the live auction following the dinner. All proceeds from the evening will go to next year's festival, a shorts program film tour around Tasmania and the Tasmanian Conservation Trust.

Musical guest performance by Lana Kains.

Not to be missed!
