'Our Time' - Mum n Daughter Yoga
Come and celebrate the very special bond between mothers and daughters with yoga! In this relaxing yoga class, we'll move, stretch, giggle and play our way though easy yoga sequences, including some fun partner work and a well-deserved 'yoga sleep'.
Suitable for beginners through to more experienced yogis - the emphasis is on fun and connection rather than bendiness! Best for ages 6+.
We'll conclude the session with a light afternoon tea - please advise any dietary requirements.
