Building Teams - Growing Strong Ministry Teams

Ministries rise and fall on the effectiveness of the leadership team. Developing healthy teams where leaders are both nurtured and grown is vital. This seminar explores the importance of equipping leaders by providing ongoing training and support. It will also explore the importance of clarifying roles and responsibilities, and growing ownership in leaders by raising the bar.
