Colour Psychology "For Life" Workshop

Light...the source of colour...all colours carry energy. Colour Psychology is a practice that has been researched by scientists and practised for around 400 years. Have you noticed the effects colour has on you?

The Colour Psychology "For Life" Workshop will show you the light

How the Workshop runs :

• Arrive early so you can find a park & be relaxed when you come inside
• Welcome - get your name signed off & get a name badge
• Find a seat & enjoy exploring the colour games & experiments we have set up (this is to get you relaxed & in a natural state)
• Intro – the purpose of today, what to expect, how you can use your colours in your home, clothing, relationships & life in general
• Individually each participant selects their colour likes & dislikes away from the group, photographs them & adds notes to their colour sheet (this takes a few minutes per person)
• Back at your chair we will briefly discuss your set of colours individually. We use the Colour Meanings Sheet to interpret your personal colour story.
• Once everyone has selected their colours we will discuss the universal meanings of each colour & colour combination
• The group can ask questions about their individual colours here
• The wrap up – how to move forward making conscious decisions with the energy of colour
