Turtlefestival is an all ages, all weather event.

Disability parking will be available in Black Street beside the main festival entrance: disability permit must be displayed to gain entry to Black Street.

3 days - 3 stages +sideshows.

Arena Stage - All access (all ages), outdoor main stage with all weather shaded areas,

Live Tent - All weather undercover stage with both dancing and seating options.

Bar stage - 18+ Licensed and restricted zone, all weather marquee with dancing and outdoor garden space with seating.

Artistic Installations

With thanks & support from the local artist community, and some amazing sculptures from various travelling artists including Lihtnup, you will find displayed through out the festival various major artworks & installations depicting the theme of turtles, river health & the environment.

Additional Artworks available for purchase can also be viewed in the Festival Gallery. Featuring artworks and photographic art from Various local and special guests including Jim Frazier(academy award winning cinematographer).

Markets

Our festival “Eat Street”promises to offer a selection of delicious local, fresh, organic & international flavored foods to keep you replenished throughout your festival weekend. Fuel up at one of the funky festival coffee shops, meet with friends for a chai or shop for a beautiful handcrafted treasure in one of the many Artisan stalls.

Camping

General onsite camping is available & will include shady areas along with quieter family friendly zones. Please be a considerate camper & keep noise in family areas to a minimum between the hours of 9pm – 7am. Serviced amenities will be located on site however no powered sites are available. General camping will be based around ‘The Common Ground” a large green, camper community space for gathering with plenty of room for the kids to play.

Camping space is limited and will sellout.

General Camping passes are on sale now & available for purchase with your festival ticket.

If general camping is not quite your scene, The Stylish Camping Company have packaged some luxury “glamping” options for our festival patrons. Camping bookings & enquiries can be made directly through their website.

Environment


Please do not bring the following items to Turtlefest. 

NO PLASTIC or plastic Water Bottles - reduce waste consumption from this festival. Free Refill stations and filtered water refill stations available onsite.

No plasitc/bottled water will be sold onsite. BRING YOUR REFILL BOTTLE....

No glass,

No balloons,

No drugs or BYO alcohol, Licensed Bar service.

No Fires,

No Generators.
