La Bonta is very excited to host Alessandro Cellai, chief of grape growing and winemaking at Castellare di Castelina, LaBonta’s favourite Chianti house.

Chef Tim has designed a rustic 3 course dinner, matched to these truly superior wines, with a surprise or two.
