From Ojai, California, Mimi found the courage to sing publicly when she discovered busking on the city streets of California and Sydney. Now living and performing as a touring artist in America, she continues to make music around the world 'creating layer upon layer of a raw, prevailing sound that simply bursts with life, travels and experience,' Mimi feels most herself when behind any instrument at all, sharing the understanding that comes from music. Recently having released her Indie Folk Debut album "Strangers Won't Exist," Mimi is excited to perform again in Sydney with a new collection of songs and stories. This is her only public performance in Australia this time around and a rare opportunity to hear a fantastic singer, songwriter and storyteller.
