Paul Darby from AccountAbility will be sharing his insights into the current recruitment market for Office Professionals, as well as giving his top tips on how to engage with agencies, how to tailor applications for advertised roles so you stand out from the crowd and how to prepare successfully so you can excel in interview and secure your dream job.

A graduate of the University of Hull, Paul began his professional career in Paris working for a privately-owned American finance company. He then relocated to their European head office in London where he worked for 6 years until 2004. Paul first joined AccountAbility in 2005 and led teams across Australia recruiting both Accounting Support and Business Support roles. Starting with the business as a consultant 11 years ago, after holding a number of roles across the organisation, Paul was made Managing Director of AccountAbility in early 2013. Paul is passionate about providing a quality, high-touch recruitment experience for both his clients and his candidates, as well as creating a positive, supportive and rewarding environment for his consultants – and it is this commitment to ‘building better futures’ that has seen the AccountAbility brand go from strength to strength.
