We need to respect the oceans and take care of them as if our lives depended on it. Because they do. - Dr. Sylvia Earle

Did you know that every second breath we take is derived from the ocean? The ocean is essential to life on Earth. Now, more than ever, we need to learn how to look after the health of the world’s oceans and coral reefs.

We are excited to be running this important event at IMAS as one of the highlights of the festival. Facilitated by Sara James, Emmy Award-winning foreign correspondent & ABC commentator, this discussion will be launched with a short film screening. The conversation promises to be inspiring, educational, and will send audiences home as advocates for the oceans and marine life of our planet. The discussion will also be broadcast online.
