Join me for this interactive workshop where I address the specific needs for fitness during and after pregnancy.

The session will include both lecture and practical demonstrations. If you would like to wear comfortable gym attire, you might volunteer to do a couple demos with me and gain hands-on experience from this session. But it's up to you - happy for you to come and watch.

Topics include:

  • Pregnancy exercise for each trimester
  • How to get back into shape after birth
  • Basic nutrition guidelines
  • How to work from inside out - specifics for pelvic floor issues
