Practical workshop for pregnant and post birth mums. Learn safe and effective exercises during any trimester and how to self manage aches and pains. Balancing between stretching, strengthening and core stability to keep every mum active and feeling fit and fabulous.

For post baby mums: what to do from week 0-4 weeks; 4-weeks to 8 weeks and so forth. When to get back into regular exercises and at what intensity? Key topic will be pelvic floor and how it works to give every mum a great foundation to get stronger quicker.
