ABOUT DANIELLE DECKARD
A New Jersey native who has come to call Australia home, Danielle Deckard is a singer/songwriter based in Sydney. A graduate of the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston, Deckard is a multi-instrumentalist with an impressive list of accolades and awards to her name. Danielle’s lyrics and exquisite vocals impart dark undertones that act as a counterweight to the brighter pop melodies, reminiscent of Ingrid Michaelson and Sara Bareilles. Like a bouquet of heartache, her music breathes in the blues and exhales a kind of sweet melancholia.
