Relax with family and friends at the annual Nundle Country Picnic in the beautiful grounds of the Nundle Woollen Mill from midday on Sunday, March 12th, 2017. Enjoy a delicious two-course picnic lunch featuring Nundle and the Tamworth region's best produce. Listen to live music with the Tamworth 2340 Big Band. This year a special appearance by Prime Possum at 1pm which will keep children entertained. Preview new season winter fashion in a parade by Nundle Woollen Mill and Sacs on Jenkins, browse the boutique produce market, and stroll the village's antiques, art, craft and housewares stores. All funds raised support Nundle and District Lions Club annual activities.

Free entry. Picnic lunch, adults $35 pre-purchased by COB (close of business) March 11th, 2017 ($40 at gate), includes two courses and complementary drink on arrival. Children $10, includes kids' pack of sandwich, slice, jelly snake, cheese and juice, and free kids' activities area. Please bring your own shade, chair, or picnic basket.

2016 event sold out, pre-purchasing tickets is encouraged to avoid disappointment. Pre-purchased tickets must be presented at the entry gate on the day for food and drink vouchers. Pre-order is compulsory for gluten free and vegetarian meal options.

Asian Beef Salad – BBQ local "Warragundi" beef sliced and served on bed of green leaf salad, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, snow peas, mint and basil leaves with a delicious Asian vinaigrette.

Arc-en-ciel Farm Smoked Trout Pate with Local Olives and Cheese served with Murrurundi Bacco Leaves.

Nundle Blackberry Pavlova with Peel Valley Double Cream.
