This March, The Stag and Hunter Hotel are teaming up with Grainfed Brewing Company to host a 3 course, beer-matched dinner that will absolutely delight the taste buds. 

Brewer Lachlan Macbean and Head Chef Heath Kelly are 2 passionate craftsmen in their respective fields, and are collaborating to create this not to be missed classic, pub-style feast.

ABOUT LACHLAN:

Beer Farmer, Lachlan Macbean aims to bring the four components of a healthy lifestyle,water,grains,hops,andyeasttogether in a glass of fermented liquid delight.
Lachlan has 12 years of professional brewing, International beer judging and beer travel experience; as well as over 23 years of continual home brewing research and development.
He always tells people it's a craft that must be continually practised, but never mastered.

He has completed a Graduate Certificate in Brewing at the University of Ballarat, but will assure you, the learning is life-long.
Every brew brings new knowledge, experience and passion.

Lachlan is an International Beer Judge having been invited to judge at:
- The World Beer Cup in San Diego in 2012
- The World Beer Cup in Denver in 2014
- The World Beer Cup in Philadelphia 2016
- The New Zealand International Beer Awards from 2009-2014
- The Australian International Beer Awards 2009,2010 , 2012,13,14.

Lachlan was awarded the Young Brewer of the Year Award at the Australasian Brewers and Distillers Guild Meeting in 2006.
