Sacred Indian & Pakistani singing with one of our favourite artists, Tahir Qawwal. Raaga is the musical base for all Indian/Pakistani music, from village folk music to sophisticated classical. In this workshop, you will learn some of the important elements that make up raaga, such as voice culture, pure pitch, microtonal ornamentations & expression of sentiment. As well as a fun exploration of the voice, Tahir’s unique wit & spiritual travel stories never fail to engage & inspire.
