Based on the popular book Epic Food Fight: A Bite-sized History of Salvation, this talk discusses the ramifications of desires and appetite as they apply to decisions which lead to sinfulness and sanctity. This expansive topic touches on ecclesial salvation history, bite-sizing deep moral and sacramental theology, while incarnating a dynamic Catholic orthodoxy in the modern world. Fr. Leo delivers a talk on the Theology of Food, from the Garden of Eden all the way to the Supper of the Lamb in Heaven. Delving into the mystery of the Mass, as a priest, theologian, and chef, Fr. Leo draws out a rich pastoral theology of the Eucharist. Finally, based on the teachings of Christ and the Church, he lays out a balanced spiritual diet for us Catholics to follow. This talk inspires us to be healthy in mind, body and soul!
