Big Fork Theatre is taking over Thursday nights at Southside Tea Room!

Every Thursday night at 7pm, join Big Fork Theatre for Brisbane’s only regular night of Chicago-style improvisation as we show you comedy like you’ve never seen before.

In 2017, Big Fork Theatre is excited to partner with the fine folks at Southside Tea Room to present our first ever weekly show, Big Fork Thursday! This show will bring together all of Big Fork Theatre’s improv shows on an anarchic, no-holds-barred, rotating tap of comedy, inspired by the improv theatres of the U.S.A.

This week featuring Cool Story Bro!

Cool Story Bro is Big Fork Theatre’s take on the popular Armando and ASSSSCAT shows from Chicago and New York City, the same kind of show where some of your favourite comedians – like Amy Poehler, Tina Fey and Stephen Colbert – cut their teeth.

This improvised comedy show features special guest storytellers, whose real life stories are transformed into funny scenes, characters and situations before your very eyes. Cool Story Bro is a collaborative comedy show that features a talented cast of Brisbane’s best improvisers.  

Turn up early to grab a drink from the adjoining Death Valley Bar and a bite to eat at the Red Robin Supper Truck! 

Big Fork Thursday: always funny, always fresh.

When: May 4, Doors open 7PM for a 7:30 start.
