'Tales from our Haunted Past' Ghost Tour

If a good dose of history sprinkled with spooky ghost stories and maybe...just maybe, an opportunity to experience something a little bit paranormal is your thought of a good night, out this tour is for you!

The Ghostly Tales of Newcastle is a WALKING TOUR modeled on some of the best walking tours available all over the world where dark history tours of this type are highly popular and award winning tourism events.

We start at Customs House and venture into the first years of Newcastle ( in our imaginations) as we walk in the footsteps of our first white settlers starting with the convicts in the early 1800's through to the free settlers who helped make Newcastle harbour the most notorious port in the southern hemisphere within 100 years.

We have loads of ghost stories to tell you and we will be stopping at many local and known haunted sites along the way.

Please read before choosing to pay for your booking:

We WILL NOT be entering into any buildings along the walk.

We cannot guarantee a ghost sighting or paranormal experience.

We will not conduct the tour in the rain (so if you are worried about weather please call me on the day to check - if I have your contact details I will call or email you and you will receive a refund (less booking fee from sticky tickets)

We will go ahead with the tour only if there is a minimum attendance number - if numbers are not met we will offer a full discount (less sticky tickets booking fee) or offer another date. Apologies for this, but, a minimum number is a requirement for our tours to take place.

Refunds for cancellations on the day of the tour will not be given nor refunds for non attendance without notice.

We conduct these tours in a professional manner and do not scare people or create false haunted scenarios.

We do allow children on this tour from ages 12 to 16 years at a discounted cost as long as they have an adult with them.
