Tools to connect improvisers with interesting, bold and three dimensional character work. Experience the joy of character led improv, stop stressing about what comes next and learn to let your characters do the driving.
This workshop is ideal for performers who find themselves going into their heads to try and ‘solve’ scenes, people who are ready to take some more risks with their character choices and those looking to add more tools to their belt when discovering someone in the moment.
The take aways for this class will include an exploration of how we can generate strong character choices and let those guide your scene work. As well as techniques to making sure you are exploring characters, not caricatures. Steven will empower performers to heighten each others choices and to love the delightfully varied range of humans that exist in this world.
When: April 19, 6:30PM to 9:30PM
