In this full-day workshop, you'll discover what really makes people tick. You’ll learn about values and frames-based community engagement and how to more effectively inspire people to get involved in your cause, campaign, organisation or collective action.

Understanding how values influence our decision making and behaviour is key to growing support for your cause and inspiring people to stay with your campaign or issue over the long-term.

This workshop will be lead by Mark Chenery, Common Cause Australia Co-Director, with the support of Huia Welton, Communications and Campaigns Manager at the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions.
